დორსი (ინგ. The Doors ) ამერიკული როკ ჯგუფი, ჩამოყალიბდა 1965 წელს ლოს ანჯელესში. ჯგუფის დამაარსებლები იყვნენ რეი მანზარეკი — კლავიშები, ჯიმ მორისონი — ვოკალი, ჯონ დენსმორი — დასარტყამები და რობი კრეიგერი — გიტარა. ჯგუფის შესახებ ხალხში აზრთა სხვადასხვაობა იყო, რის მიზეზსაც ძირითადად მორისონის დაწერილი ტექსტები და მისი არაპროგნოზირებადი ქცევა წარმოადგენდა. 1971 წელს მორისონის სიკვდილისა და შემდგომ 1973 წელს ჯგუფის დაშლის შემდეგ ხალხის ინტერესი კვლავ მაღალია მათი შემოქმედების მიმართ. გაყიდულია დორსის 76 მილიონზე მეტი ალბომი და დაახლოებით მილიონი ყოველწლიურად კვლავ იყიდება.

დორსის წარმოშობა ნაცნობების და UCLA კინოხელოვნების სკოლის სტუდენტების, ჯიმ მორისონის და რეი მანზარეკის შემთხვევითი შეხვედრის წყალობით მოხდა ვენის ბიჩში, კალიფორნია 1965 წლის ივლისში. მორისონმა მანზარეკს უთხრა, რომ სიმღერებს წერდა და უკანასკნელის წაქეზებით მორისონმა "Moonlight Drive"იმღერა. მორისონის სიმღერის ტექსტებით მოხიბლულმა მანზარეკმა ჯგუფის შექმნა ივარაუდა.

კლავიშზე დამკვრელი მანზარეკი თავის ძმასთან, რიკ მანზარეკთან ერთად ჯგუფ Rick and The Ravens-ში იყო, მაშინ როცა რობი კეიგერი და ჯონ დენსმორი The Psychedelic Rangers-ში უკრავდნენ და მანზარეკს იოგის და მედიტაციის სეანსებიდან იცნობდნენ. აგვისტოში, დენსმორი ჯგუფს შეუერთდა და The Ravens-ის წევრებთად და ბას-გიტარისტ პეტი სალივანთან ერთად ექვს სიმღერიანი დემო ჩაწერა 1965 წლის სექტემბერში. ის ფართოდ გავრცელდა არალეგალურად და მთლიანად დორსის 1997 წლის ბოქს შეკვრაში გამოჩნდა.
